Payment Options
Pay in Person - Pay by Phone - Pay Online
A member may pay in person with cash or check at one of our offices (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) or use the night deposit box for after-hours payment at any of our other payment locations. Also, for your convenience, the Cooperative offers Automatic Bank Draft and Budget Billing plans.
Payment Methods
ACH (Automatic Bank Draft)ACH stands for "automated clearing house" payment authorization. The ACH Plan allows you to pay your monthly electric bill electronically without the hassle of writing checks and remembering to mail them before the bill is due.With the Plan, the amount of your bill is automatically withdrawn from your bank account. You will continue to receive a bill each month showing the amount due and the date your payment will be deducted from your bank account. Your bank will itemize the draft information on your monthly bank statement. In order to sign up for this plan, send us a signed bank draft form along with a voided check. You can download a copy of the ACH Form here or request a form from the Customer Service Department by visiting one of our offices, by e-mailing us at Customer Service, or by calling us at 800-367-2832. We also currently offer a Bank Draft form on the back of your electric bill. Credit Card Payments via Western Union SpeedPay®
