Serving over 35,000 members, Central Virginia Electric Cooperative
is a member-owned, not-for-profit electric utility headquartered in
Colleen, Virginia.
The Cooperative serves residential, agricultural, commercial and
industrial accounts in the rural portions of 14 Virginia counties.
Created by the members to provide electric service where it was
previously unavailable, CVEC has been improving the quality of
life since 1937. For over 70 years, the Co-op has provided the
reliable delivery of affordable energy to its member owners.
